OK, my problem seems to be repaired after updating udev from 204 to 215.
udisks and gvfs, gvfs-daemons were updated before it, too.

It seems I have the same problem with Jessie here.
USB sticks detected successfully, but an Android phone (in mass storage
mode) not.
It had stopped working after upgrade from squeeze, I think.
I can help my laptop to show a USB volume's icon on my XFCE desktop by
executing "fdisk -l /dev/
