eventhough above version will not have dracut support out-of-the-box
included, at least it will (dependency wise) allow users installing the
packages alongside dracut. feel free to reopen the bug with a patch for
the required dracut integration.

it would be great if plymouth not only supported initramfs-tools but
also dracut.
Atm, the hard dependency on initramfs-tool (and dracut and
initramfs-tools conflicting with each other) makes it impossible to use
