As for suggestions regarding software rather than just packaging, they are
all valid. I will make sure this is fixed upstream.

Naming it python-pynag sounds like a good, consistent idea as long as there
is a pynag meta package (the package is called pynag in fedora and upstream
cares about naming consistency).
