canceled 1.4-0.2, and uploaded 1.4-0.3. Th

I've begun work on the 1.4 series now. wine-unstable 1.3.15 is now
uploaded delayed/10 and destined for unstable (and its wine-gecko 1.1
dependency is in the NEW queue). wine 1.
