Hi,
According with Paul on IRC I tried to reproduce this issue and I can
confirm it, the string in ~/.fluxbox/lastwallpaper inherits the DISPLAY
value (:0.0 or :0), so fbsetbg adds a new line with the potential
different DISPLAY.

I found out that fbsetbg may in some cases mess up with the user's
~/.fluxbox/lastwallpaper
This misbehavior is caused by the fact that the DISPLAY environment
variable is in the form hostname:displaynumber.screennumber
where .
