Package: tritium Version: 0.3.8-2 Severity: normal With the "menu" package installed, dpkg -P tritium leaves behind a file /var/lib/tritium/debian-menu.py I expect the prerm should remove the file, and have the directory in the usual package contents to let dpkg remove that when empty.
