Bug does not occur in firefox 3.6 compiled fresh from Mozilla.

Right click on link sometimes does nothing until left click on frame first.
On rare occasions this is true even when having just typed into a textbox or
scrolled the frame with the mouse wheel so focus is unlikely to be the issue.
