I would like to add that pacparser-1.0.9 was also broken on powerpc,
arm and some other platforms. It's just that it was not being
detected. I added some integration tests to pacparser after 1.0.9 and
then only we discovered the issue on other platforms.

Hi,
I just realised pacparser 1.2.6-1 had run into the freeze. It should contain an
upstream fix for #596796 (you can see it built successfully on powerpc).
