I rebooted a couple of days ago because the update manager was misbehaving,
afterward the gui session failed to start.
I think, based on how the problem was resolved, that it was a configuration
problem, and not a bug per

After the last upgrade of gdm, I can no longer log into the gnome session. Gdm
is running. Because I require accessibility for access to my system, I don't
know what is actually displayed on the gdm3 login screen.
