GRUB2 never gives numbered errors. Please install GRUB2 to MBR by e.g.
grub2-install /dev/sdX, where X your boot disk. Or better:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure grub-pc
and choose all disks but not partitions

Dear Sir,
Grub2 cannot boot on JFS partition:
part1 JFS /
part2 SWAP swap
and here it is :
device mapper error,
no way to install grub-installer (hd0)
You can even try mannually, too same error.
