remove the shutdownhtml message from the /etc/bugzilla3/params file
('shutdownhtml'=>'',) or login as Bugzilla administrator
at http://localhost/bugzilla3/editparams.cgi?section=gener

Sorry this has taken a while -- I was away on vacation.
I've attached two script logs, because the first time through I made the
mistake of running checksetup.pl without changing 03shutdownhtmlset.

attachment and run
$ script bugzilla-terminal2.log
$ sudo /usr/share/bugzilla3/lib/checksetup.pl
$ exit
Please attach the "bugzilla-terminal2.log" for further investigation.

$ sudo dpkg -i bugzilla3_3.6.2.0-1_all.deb
$ exit
Attach the bugzilla-terminal.log file to this bug (without
modification or comments).

dpkg-reconfigure, /etc/cron.daily/bugzilla3 still produced the same
error. It wasn't until I ran /usr/share/bugzilla3/lib/checksetup.pl that
the problem went away.
