Hi Davide,
as per http://drupal.org/node/360605, drupal 6.16 should work flawlessy with
PHP 5.3. A minor issue is sometimes experienced during installation in corner
cases caused by mis-configuration.
Can we agree that drupal6 does not need to conflict with PHP 5.3?

switched back to php 5.3.2-1 and now it works for me too: it seems only
