Hi,
I meet this problem in rxvt too, it's very annoying, steps to reproduce:
1. run urxvt;
2. run wish or gitk in urxvt;
3. press Alt-F4 to close wish or gitk;
Now urxvt can't accept any keyboard input unless I switch to another window
and switch back to urxvt.
