I've solved this bug removing gnome-power-manager package but this action
disables hibernate and suspend button of Gnome shutting down window.

When I shutdown the computer, the gnome login screen briefly shows up instead
of just shutting down.
That prevents splashy from working on shutdown for instance.
Other issues might arise that I don't know of.
