Hello, Still no chance with mesa 7.7-4 from unstable ? Are you using latest X packages and 2.6.32 kernel ? after your suggestion, I did: apt-get install libglu1-mesa libgl1-mesa-dri -t unstable and rebooted. Now blender does not crash when I slide a cursor. The crash problem seems to be solve
