Package: libcap2-bin Version: 1:2.16-5 To get the full doc for setcap, one must install libcap2-dev, since that is where the cap_from_text(3) manpage is located. This is somewhat uncomfortable for the user (and that package name is not even suggested in the package desc or in the manpage). -
