Actually the bug is still present! But I can circumvent it by changing
the composite type from XRendr to OpenGL.

I've updated the kernel yesterday to the latest from
http://kernel-archive.buildserver.net/ (2.6.28.1) but the performance is
still lousy.

today I've upgraded xorg and with it -video-intel from 2:2.5.1-1 to
2:2.6.1-1.
I've not changed my config in any way but the performance decreased
massively. Glxgears sho
