Hallo Brice I tried radeonhd 1.2.4, Xserver 1.5.99, Mesa and DRI from experimental. Found 2 or 3 things working: (a) some XVideo Support - but still no on-screen menu for brightness/contrast etc. (MPlayer) (b) evdev keyboards/mice work and got better - but I did not find out how to configure

Hi, sorry I wanted to close the bug after trying 1.2.4 and forgot. Would you please close it? > Is it better with radeonhd 1.2.4 (in experimental) ? Not really, the main problem is that the kdm/xerver (or whatever) versions in lenny are incompatible with 1.2.3 and 1.2.4 (same crash on logout).

Package: xserver-xorg-video-radeonhd Version: 1.2.3-1 Severity: minor File: radeonhd Does it make sense to report bugs on this driver version or is it too early? Hardware: RS690 X1250 on ASUS ML68 board. Using KDE. Anyhow, it works a little bit but crashes in many cases. It works better (for me)
