Hi. I'd like to "up" this bug. Some months ago there was launched
first cyrillic TLD: .рф (.xn--p1ai). However, it can't be accessed
through the bind utils like nslookup:
$ whois кц.рф|tail -n+6|head -n5
domain: XN--J1AY.XN--P1AI
nserver:ns.cctld.ru.
nserver:ns1.cctld.ru.

I'm not sure about security support..:/
Redhat seems to use a patch to support libidn instead of idnkit, maybe
worth investigating that.
