Hi Pavel,
inspired by your attached patch, I've implemented a template
functionality. You get now a default mail subject and a default mail
body, but every one can change it in their config file.
The master branch in git [1] with commit id ed83fe28 have all this

Suggested patch adds first line of log message into subject.
