FSLView should display radiologically and annotate your images
"LRPAIS" accordingly. It is still the case that FSLView and other FSL
programs don't support neurologically ordered images. This is a known

Hi,
I extracted a structural image (axial slices neurological orientation) using
bet and needed to edit the resulting mask. So I loaded the mask, edited and
saved it. On reloading the mask left-right was switched.
