Actually downgrading the package libvte9 from version 0.16.6-2 to
version 0.16.6-1 solves the problem of the UP/DOWN arrows in
gnom

After upgrading from libvte9 16.6-1 to 16.6-2 the cursor-up/down keys in
gnome-terminal don't work anymore. I just get ';A' or ';B' when I type one of
these
keys.
In xterm or konsole or on the text-console everything is ok.
