well without any build-dependency on intltool, since translation files
were shipped wi

Severity: serious
Justification: no longer builds from source
In next releases or if you are building from upstream intltool will be
needed. I recommend to put as build-dep:
intltool intltool-debian
since locales will not be build without that two packages.
