Bug#420128: kpdf: Cannot open external files.

Hi, there's something I do not understand completely. If I open http://www.toulouse.fr/documents/urbanisme/plu/AUTRES_FICHIERS/Sommaire_PLU.pdf directly, then I'm able to jump to the files linked (eg 1, 2, 3A, 3B, etc). However, these links are in the form "../some_other_directory/target.pdf", so
