i am not positive, but i think the most recept upload of ldm
5.0.27debian1 may fix this bug. please confirm when you get a chance.

Not critical to the function of the packages, but when using ltsp and
themeing the desktop and ldm. ldm fail to scale the background image to
fit the resolution of the terminal.
