In addition to 381397 ("Upgrade of lprng fails in a 32-bit chroot
environment within Debian x86-64") I can confirm lprng 3.8.28-5 fails to
print at all. I'm printing via TCP/IP over Ethernet.
I have also reverted to lprng 3.8.28-4 to resolve this.

must roll back patches, this is a placemarker to stop it migrating
lprng 3.8.28-4 does nothave this problem
