I filed a bug report this morning when evolution broke after an upgrade.
Should have looked first. Using the unstable version of libgtkhtml3.8-15
fixed it.
I guess evolution-2.4 should not have moved to testing while dependin

For me this is still not fixed. I have tried upgrading evolution to the
latest version available from unstable and still an error message from
glibc about memory management along with a couple of others:
