I think I would have missed it too! Here is what I've put in for the
next upload - let me know if you think it's still insuffi

Severity: minor
Running as root, I followed the instructions in README.db4.3 to
upgrade. subversion, via apache, could not read the result. Once I
did chown -R www-data on the appropriate directory everything was OK.
