Pardon,
I didn't look to closely at the bug report, as I knew it wouldn't build.
There was already a bug filed that libgmp3-dev shouldn't be used
anymore. And so I made rscheme build-depend on libgmp3c2.
I can't really find out if that is a good thing, as the package won't
compile at the moment
