Placing your gallery in Debug mode might provide some insight into what
is going wrong:

I've got an odd bug that just cropped up. Perhaps its my service
provider, but outside my home network (i.e., everyone who looks at my
gallery) select photos refuse to load in anything but their thumbnail
view.
