This actually would have better been a feature request for wxgtk 2.4, but it is
done in exgtk 2.6 and so, if you're using aMule with wxwindows 2.6 you will not
have to restart. what's more, it will auto-detect the systray integration to
use, so the "Systray integration" button and dialog have be

After going into to Preferences, clicking on "systray integration",
selecting KDE3.x, and clicking on OK, I expected an icon of some sort to
appear in my systemtray, but nothing did. I had to quit and restart
amule before I got an icon, which is
