The attached patch looks like a reasonable way, just disabling mp3
temporarily, and the loops are small to get mp3 support

Hello,
libsndfile build-depends on libmp3lame-dev and lame build-depends on
libsndfile1-dev, so we need to break the loop thanks to a build profile.
Perhaps it's less problematic to disable mpeg3 support from libsndfile
in a pkg.libsndfile.
