Upon updating webpack5 to version to 5.65.0+dfsg+~cs9.20.9-2
node-mermaid that previously passed failed to build due to update made

Error message thrown by node-mermaid:

The bug about missing webpack-cli module has been fixed plus the
affected package node-mermaid also passed while rebuilding with webpack5
While this caused yet another bug in webpack5 which affect so many
reverse dependencies of webpack5, one of the dependency is
node-node-forge with this erro
