Package: nsd3
Version: 3.2.12-3
Followup-For: Bug #694930
The daemon tries to start while network isn't enabled, that's why a "Cannot
assign requested address" error shows.
Adding $network in LSB script seems to solve the problem.

Works just fine right now.
When specified [::] or " " in the dpkg-reconfigure menu, the result is
the same : qpsmtpd binds on all (both ipv4 an ipv6) interfaces.
No need to explicitly specify ipv4 address - except if port number
changes.

Dear Maintainer,
* I am forced to specify the ipv6 address of the host in order to have
courier-imap-ssl to bind on port 993
If I try to use :: as ipv6 address, I get an "imapd-ssl: bind: Address
