The patch attached solves this problem, and makes local some variables only used
in the block where the "system" option is tested.

I really love the new way bugs are treated in Debian:
option 1) mark as etch/lenny ignore
option 2) remove the package
option 3) mark as wontfix
Great, keep up with the good work!

Is there any hope that this problem gets solved, allowing this version of the
gnash library to enter testing? 'Cause the version present in testing is a plain
joke.

package: gcc
severity: critical
justification: well, no manpages for gcc...
I'm using Etch, the gcc package is installed, and when I type "man gcc", I get
this:
No manual entry for gcc
See 'man 7 undocumented' for help when manual pages are not available.
This bug is one month old, and the problem now affects Etch.
Since there's a patch for it,
COULD SOMEONE PLEASE SOLVE IT NOW?

Hi.
Please change liblircclient0 dependencies from "depends" to "recommends", since
only a few people use a remote control.

Hi.
Since kmplayer is only a front-end, it would be nice if we had the choice of the
engine to use, and not be forced to install xine and gstreamer. Something like
libxine | libgstreamer | mplayer
would be much better.

Hi.
I'd like to confirm this bug, which is occuring on my Etch box.
That's really annonying, and has been there for a couple weeks now.
There's no documentation available for gcc, hence the severity.

Hi.
If I understood well this long-standing bug, I think I've written a trivial
patch.
Now, if a username is provided and login fails, yafc will sleep 30 sec.
Otherwise, login is interactive, and it will prompt the user immediately.

Hi.
I'm using Etch, and this is still hapenning.
Every 2 seconds, my hard drive's led blinks.
Issuing a :

seconds, maybe to poll cdrom presence.
Killing hald stops the blinking, but auto

Hi.
Here is a rewriting of patch submitted, which I find better.
First, declare 'len' as size_t (strlen() returns size_t, not int, and we must be
carefull when comparing unsigned and int).
Do not use printf(), cause there is no need for formatted output, so that

Hi.
I think this bug has been fixed altogether with bug #364736:

If this is right, it would be nice to close this bug ASAP, to allow graveman

Hello.
Attached is a patch dealing with yafc temporary files.
It is currently using make_unique_filename() to generate pseudo-unique

-there is the same security risks a

Indeed, it triggers a conflict when tring to install latex, because texinfo
