I am unable to create configuration file based on debconf items. It's a copy of
/usr/share/doc/clamav-base/examples/clamd.conf.
I tried to remove all clamav packages but it does not help.
I found that there is a check in line 332 of

Each flash drives is mounted two times.
I've found that files /etc/udev/usbmount.rules and
/lib/udev/rules.d/usbmount.rules are the same. Flash drive is mounted only
once when one of the files is removed.

Cupsys regenerates /etc/cups/printers.conf when there are no changes.
The only change in a new file is "timestamp" in file headers. This makes
