When I attempt to add a match to the relational database, using the
postgresql backend, gnubg segfaults. I've created the database and the
tables (using /usr/share/gnubg/gnubg.game.sql) and configured
~/.gnubg/database appropriately, as fa
tion: disk writes are at about 46 kB/sec.
As before, writes are fast when the device is not mounted 'sync', and
reads are fast in either case.
Shall I build linux-source-2.6.18 version 2.6.18-3 and try that? Or is
there something else?

This appears to have been fixed by an upgrade in some other package(?),
as I haven't changed any locale settings, and the metacity version on my
system is still 1:2.10.3-2, but the menus now contain the American
spellings.
