This issue might be blocking a project to include Tahoe-LAFS as a tool in the Tails system: https://labs.riseup.net/code/issues/6227 It isn't clear to me if this is really a blocker — maybe the Tails people can use Tahoe-LAFS even without the improved init scripts, or even without any init script
