After installing bilibop-lockfs on a freshly installed Debian (jessie)
base system onto a USB key, and then reboot, the boot process fall
back in emergency mode (enter root password or
leswitcher
Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command:
dget -x
http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/p/profileswitcher/profileswitcher_1.6.2-1.dsc
