Indeed, non-free nvidia users have to install nvidia-glx and nvidia-glx-ia32
for 32 bits applications.

Actually downgrading the package libvte9 from version 0.16.6-2 to
version 0.16.6-1 solves the problem of the UP/DOWN arrows in
gnom
if there is a good reason for it (that's why it says "in general").
I wanted to symlink /var/lib/mailman to /u/mailman (as /u is a larger
partition), and noticed the /var/lock/mailman & /var/log/mailman where
using relative symlinks, I had to recreate absolute
ortunately
that's not the case there.
I just hope the final debian-installer version will use a more recent
kernel that is SATA AHCI aware.
