Dear Maintainer,
The postinst for tex-common is sensitive to the locale settings from the
environment and so can fail in strange ways. Users can end up with odd
locale settings in a chroot (as I did, where my login

Please re-read your initial bug report and then please don't try taking the
high moral ground about the tone of the discussion.

automatically skipping tests because that's a route to non-
determinism, accidentally skipping tests, and therefore missing problems.
However, we do that for python-apt already, so there's precedent already in
the code; I'd be fine with that as a short term solution in advance

Severity: important
X-Debbugs-Cc: stu...@debian.org
Dear Maintainer,
The autopkgtest tets for mdtraj attempts to download a pdb file and then use
that in calculations. This is failing (either all the time or intermittently)
with a timeout:

A fixed pyparsing has now been uploaded which should
let pyparsing and translate-toolkit both migrate together.
Hopefully.

Now done: https://github

have a suggestion there, otherwise I'll trawl the ISO database to find a
different test case.

Yes, will do. (and just discussing

those divisions disappeared from iso_3166-2.json with the switch over to a
different data harvester.

checked that this is indeed the problem, but patching setup.py to
have instead
license="BSD",
would be the next thing I'd try.
Incidentally, I see that upstream for cogent has ripped out setup.py entirely
and now has a flit based build system which will require a few changes to th

However I can't see a .bib file anywhere in the source. I also can't see any
code in the rst files or the docstrings that would actually use sphinxcontrib-
bibtex so I'm not sure how this extension is actually used in these documents.
Perhaps it isn't actually n

I won't go as far as to tag this bug with "patch"... but a draft of a pybuild
plugin that can work with the PEP517 interfaces is available for discussion
and improvement at:
