Dear Maintainer,
When copying files remotely using fish, if the local temporary
directory fills up, the copy fails saying that there is no disk space
to copy the file. This is somewhat confusing since the target may well
have plenty of space.

Please remove osslsigncode on s390x; its test suite fails there, which
means the package doesn't work correctly on that architecture.

Dear Maintainer,
Multiple upstream releases have been made available since 9.60; the
current release is 9.64. It would be great if hdparm could be updated
before the next release of Debian.
In particular, 9.61 fixes set-sector-size handling.
