The plan is to have dask as an optional dependency for now. I should
also package dask ASAP, though, because numerous other packages are
waiting for it.
The package name will probably be python-dask, not dask.
This looks like a problem with scipy.

There was a bug in the way different numpy data types were compared,
causing failures on various platforms. The fix requires minimal
changes
