Bug#459862: Can be made to work with some hacking

I was able to get nvidia-kernel-source 169.07-2 built using module-assistant by creating a symlink nvidia-kernel-source.tar.bz2 -> nvidia-kernel.tar.bz2, and by clearing out the nvidia-kernel* data from /var/cache/modass.
