I have a ~/.signature that contains UTF-8 text. gpg-mailkeys uses
this directly with a Content-Type of "text/plain; charset=us-ascii"
and Content-Transfer-Encoding of "quoted-printable".
I would expect the Content-Type to be set according
setting the correct path. The mail directories are then
read as expected.
