This bug was reported on evince 2.22.2-4 using libspectre1 0.2.0.ds-1,
and I was unable to reproduce it using the same evince revision and
libspectre1 0.2.2.ds-1 (from unstable).
Please someone confirm if it was already solved so it can be closed.

resolved now. Rotations are now selected according to arclength rather
than by angle.
