Package: file Version: 4.12-1 hi, an (html) file beginning with a lowercase 'doctype' is identified as "exported SGML document text" rather than "HTML document text": changing the top element ('HTML') to lowercase has no effect -- same problem: i'm not sure what the offical/spec word on doct
