This bug was unreproducible, it seemed related to other bugs that not
were the fault of this package, and python2.3-qt3c102 isn't even in

The FTP-masters did last night a quick install and PyQt 3.14 is now on
Sid. It installs with the new sip without problems. I'm closing these
