startup when used as dom0 with xen-hypervisor-4.0-amd64.
Displays message "Waiting for /dev to be fully populated..", waits some seconds
and just reboots.
After
USB keyboard on that machine works with lenny 5.04 amd64 netinst and
Ubuntu 10.04 amd64 live system.
USB keyboard works on squeeze installed using deboostrap on mentioned
Ubuntu live system (lenny installer misses support for NIC).
