work. I am currently working on packaging cpm, which needs the new
cdk5-libraries.

To change this would require extensive modifications to the source. Rather
dh_installman should have a way to install manpages into q specified section,
eg. "en". Using the exytension to indicate man page section is arbitrary and
not a good way to fix this.
